The Rowan Tree offers on-location Fairy Hair services for parties, celebrations, and special events throughout select areas of New Jersey.
Travel availability and fees are determined by your event location. Once you submit your inquiry with your event address or ZIP code, we'll review the location and discuss any applicable travel fees with you before you book.
We want to make planning your celebration as easy as possible, so your personalized quote will outline the package price and any applicable travel charges before you commit.
Please note: Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your event date. Your booking is confirmed only after your event has been approved, your agreement has been signed, and your required deposit has been received.

Depending on your hair density and how you care for your fairy hair, it can last anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. With proper care, you can enjoy your sparkle for as long as possible! ✨

Yes! Fairy Hair can be washed, blow-dried, brushed, curled, and flat-ironed just like your natural hair. For best results, avoid excessive heat over 425°F and use care when brushing. We recommend avoiding fine-tooth combs, as they can catch on the tinsel and pull it out.

Booking Policies & Cancellation
Deposits & Booking Confirmation
A 25% deposit of your quoted total is required to secure your Fairy Hair party date.
Once you've reviewed and signed your booking agreement and submitted your deposit, we'll confirm your booking and add your event to our schedule.
Your remaining balance will be due according to the payment terms outlined in your agreement.
Submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote does not reserve your date.
Important: We'll treat the 25% deposit as a proposed policy until we finalize the cancellation and refund terms. Before advertising it as nonrefundable, we'll make sure the agreement clearly explains what happens if you cancel or need to reschedule.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Fairy Hair party, please contact us as soon as possible.
All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and will be handled according to the terms outlined in your signed booking agreement.
Your booking agreement will explain the required notice periods, how cancellations affect your deposit and any additional payments, and the options available for rescheduling.
Rescheduled dates are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply if event details or travel arrangements change, as outlined in your agreement.
Guest Count & Attendance
Your package price is based on the package and guest count confirmed in your signed booking agreement.
Because we reserve your event date, prepare supplies, and set aside time for your celebration, your package price will remain the same if fewer guests attend than originally booked.
Refunds, credits, or price reductions will not be provided for guests who do not attend or choose not to receive Fairy Hair.
If you'd like to add guests after booking, please contact us in advance. Additional guests must be approved and may incur an additional fee.
Payment & Remaining Balance
A 25% deposit of your quoted total is required to secure your Fairy Hair party date. Your remaining balance will be due before your scheduled event, according to the payment deadline outlined in your signed booking agreement.
Your booking agreement will include the total package price, any applicable travel fees, the deposit amount, and the remaining balance due.
Your event date will be added to our schedule once your booking is approved, your signed agreement is received, and your required deposit has been paid.
All payments must be made according to the terms of your booking agreement.
Setup & Event Day
The Rowan Tree will arrive approximately 20 minutes before your scheduled start time to prepare for your Fairy Hair party. We will bring a folding table and chair for the service area, so please ensure there is enough space for setup and guest access.
Fairy Hair services will begin at the agreed-upon time. The host is responsible for ensuring guests are ready for their scheduled appointments so the party can run smoothly.
Please let us know in advance about any venue restrictions, parking instructions, stairs, or other details that may affect setup or arrival.
