Please keep in mind that colors and finishes can appear slightly different depending on lighting, viewing angle, and the screen you’re viewing them on. Some pigments and mica powders can have dimensional, pearlescent, or color-shifting effects that become more noticeable when the piece is viewed from different angles or in direct sunlight. Shimmer and subtle color variations may be difficult to capture in a photograph.

Every resin piece I create is truly one of a kind and cannot be duplicated — even if I tried. What you see is the piece you’ll receive, with all of its unique colors, details, and character.

Wire trees, succulents, or similar branches style pieces, the branches may shift slightly during shipping and can be moved back into place by hand.

Memorial and keepsake jewelry can incorporate a small amount of a loved one’s cremated remains, breast milk, pet fur or ashes, dried flowers, and other sentimental materials. Jewelry may be created as rings, necklaces, bracelets, and other styles, depending on the design.

For memorial and keepsake orders, I’ll send you a secure collection kit with tracking information, a small vial, funnel, instructions, and return packaging so you can safely send only the small amount needed for your piece.

A 40% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on custom orders, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

If needed, wipe it with a slightly damp cloth and dry it immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, rough sponges, or soaking the piece in water.

To help keep your resin art looking its best, do not place it in prolonged direct sunlight, near strong heat sources, or in areas exposed to extreme temperatures. Excessive heat and UV exposure can affect resin over time.

For pieces containing crystals, crushed glass, botanicals, or other raised details, handle gently and avoid scrubbing textured areas.

Because each piece is handmade, returns and exchanges may be limited.

Custom and personalized pieces are generally considered final sale once work has begun.
