Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer preference.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at brittany@therowantree.site within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Custom orders, personalized pieces, memorial keepsakes, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
