Forest Fossil

Rooted in the colors and textures of the natural world, Forest Fossil was created to feel like a fragment of an ancient landscape — earthy, weathered, and layered with the character of something shaped over time.

Deep olive green, moss, amber, rust, warm brown, and soft ivory flow across the surface in organic formations. Wisps of white move through the darker colors like mineral veins or lichen spreading across ancient stone, while warm copper and gold tones bring the feeling of autumn leaves, forest earth, and sunlight filtering through the trees.

At the center of Forest Fossil is a striking natural mineral formation surrounded by layered textures and earthy tones. Genuine tourmaline and jasper add natural variation and grounding character to the composition. Tourmaline is traditionally associated with protection, grounding, balance, and energetic stability, while jasper has long been associated with grounding, strength, stability, and connection to the earth.

Together, these stones complement the landscape-inspired design, helping create the feeling of something ancient and geological — as though a fragment of a forest floor had been preserved within the artwork.

The central formation acts as the heart of the piece, drawing the eye inward before the surrounding layers carry it outward again. Earthy greens and browns meet softer pink, amber, and ivory tones, creating movement and depth throughout the composition. Textured gold accents frame the edges and central formation, adding warmth and definition reminiscent of exposed mineral deposits.

Created for those drawn to nature, ancient landscapes, earthy color palettes, and organic textures, Forest Fossil brings a grounded and quietly dramatic presence to a space.

Crafted on a custom-shaped wood panel, the artwork is layered with high-quality resin, genuine tourmaline and jasper, mineral elements, mica pigments, textured accents, and metallic detailing. Organic white veining and cellular patterns move across the surface, while textured gold accents frame the edges and central formation.

The back is finished with soft velvet to help protect your wall and includes secure hanging hardware for easy hanging.
